Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the recommendation of a member, the Clerk may appoint a person under section 26(1) as an officer in the member's electorate office to help the member to effectively discharge the member's duties.
(2) In this section—
member means a member of the Legislative Assembly.
officer means an officer or officer on probation of the parliamentary service.
