Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A directive of the commission chief executive may provide for matters relevant to how this part is to be applied in relation to a public service employee.
(2) In acting under this part, a chief executive must comply with any relevant directive under subsection (1).
