Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if another Act establishes a particular government entity as a separate entity or regulates the existence of an entity as a government entity.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a gazette notice under this division does not have any effect on the government entity's separate existence.
