Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The department or public service office whose decision is appealed against must pay—
(a) the costs of the appeal, including the appeals officer's costs incurred for, or attributable to, the appeal; and
(b) the travelling expenses and allowances payable under section 212; and
(c) the amount of any expenses required to be reimbursed under section 213.
(2) An amount payable for costs under subsection (1)(a) is the amount the appeals officer considers is reasonable that is no more than the actual costs.
(3) The chief executive of the department or head of the public service office must ensure subsection (1) is complied with as soon as practicable.
