PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 2008 - SECT 229
229 Exclusion from tenure on termination of contract for particular public service officers
Section 123 does not apply to a person employed in a department as a public
service officer on a contract for a fixed term that was first entered into
before 1 December 1996.
