PUBLIC SAFETY PRESERVATION ACT 1986 - SECT 43D

43D Multiple appointments

(1) Nothing in this Act prevents a person holding or being appointed to more than position as commander under this Act.

(2) In this section--

commander means any of the following--

(a) emergency commander;
(b) terrorist emergency commander;
(c) terrorist emergency forward commander;
(d) CBRE commander.
