QUEENSLAND ART GALLERY ACT 1987 - SECT 12

12 Appointment of director

(1) There is to be a director of the art gallery.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council for the term, and on the conditions, stated in the instrument of appointment.

(3) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.
