Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before the board sells any property under section 26 or 28 it must first publish a notice in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State.
(2) The notice must—
(a) identify the property; and
(b) state the property is to be sold by auction; and
(c) state how the person entitled to the property may recover it before the auction; and
(d) state the time and place of the auction.
