QUEENSLAND BUILDING SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT 1991 - SECT 50D
50D Person must not pretend to be a licensee
(1) A person must not pretend to be a licensee.
Maximum penalty--250 penalty
units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person makes use of another
licensee's licence to pretend to be a licensee.
