Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the authority considers under section 56AF or 56AG (the relevant section) that a person is an excluded individual or excluded company, or that an individual is still a director or secretary of, or an influential person for, a company.
(2) If a person applies for a review of the authority's decision, the application for review does not affect anything already done or in force under the relevant section, but periods of time mentioned in the relevant section are taken to stop running until the review is finished.
