Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A judgment debtor for a judgment debt must notify the authority within 14 days after the judgment debt becomes an unsatisfied judgment debt.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
(2) Notification under subsection (1) must include the following--
(a) particulars of the debt;
(b) the name and address of the judgment debtor;
(c) the name and address of the judgment creditor;
(d) the date judgment was entered and the amount for which it was entered;
(e) the court in which it was entered;
(f) the number of the proceeding for which it was entered sufficient to allow a search of the court registry;
(g) details of any payments made to reduce the judgment debt.
