Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person claiming to be entitled to indemnity under the insurance scheme must give notice of the claim to the authority in accordance with the regulations.
(2) If the regulations do not state the way the notice of claim is to be given, a person who has applied to the authority under section 71A is taken to have given notice under this section.
