QUEENSLAND COMPETITION AUTHORITY ACT 1997 - SECT 199
199 Taking evidence
(1) For conducting an arbitration, the authority may take evidence on oath or
affirmation.
(2) For subsection (1), a member may administer an oath or
affirmation to a person.
