QUEENSLAND HERITAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 6

(1) The Queensland Heritage Council, formerly established under this Act, is continued in existence under the name Queensland Heritage Council.

(2) The council—

(a) is a body corporate; and

(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
