Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A reference to the name or title of the Sovereign or a body, office, person, place or other thing that has been changed may be given using the name or title as changed.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect according to its tenor, and has that effect despite the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 35.
