Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If, immediately before the commencement day, there was a petition filed under section 49 that had not been finally dealt with by the Court of Disputed Returns, the petition is taken to be an application under that section.
(2) In this section--
commencement day means the day that the amendments of this Act in the Electoral and Other Acts Amendment Act 2001, schedule 2, commenced.
