Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person (an objector) may object to an approval application by written submission given to the chief executive by the closure date stated in the advertisement.
(2) The submission must state the objector's reasons for objecting and, if applicable, may include conditions to which the objector believes an approval relating to the approval application should be subject.
