RACING ACT 2002 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

(2) Section 398(1) and schedule 2, part 1, in relation to the amendment of the Racing and Betting Amendment Act (No. 2) 2001, are taken to have commenced on 4 April 2002.
