219 Period for which eligibility certificate has effect

An eligibility certificate continues to have effect until the earliest of the following happens—

(a) the certificate lapses under section 220(3);

(b) the certificate is cancelled under section 236;

(b) a surrender of the certificate takes effect under section 240.
