Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, interfere with a licence holder in relation to the licence holder's performance of an activity for which the licence holder is licensed.

(2) A person must not, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, interfere with an official of a control body performing a function or exercising a power under the control body's rules of racing.
