Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) After the Minister refuses to grant an approval application or an approval is cancelled, the chief executive must destroy the fingerprints of any individual who is a business associate or executive associate of the approval applicant or the control body.
(2) Also, if the chief executive is satisfied an individual who was a business associate or executive associate of a control body is no longer a business associate or executive associate of the control body, the chief executive must destroy the individual's fingerprints.
