RACING ACT 2002 - SECT 444
444 Amendment of regulation by Racing and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010
The amendment of the Racing Regulation 2003 by the Racing and Other
Legislation Amendment Act 2010 does not affect the power of the Governor in
Council to further amend the regulation or to repeal it.
