99 Powers of appeal committee on appeal

(1) On an appeal, an appeal committee may make any decision that the steward who made the decision appealed against could have made.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the appeal committee may—

(a) confirm the decision appealed against; or

(b) vary the decision; or

(c) set aside the decision and substitute its own decision.
