RECREATION AREAS MANAGEMENT ACT 2006 - SECT 20

(1) The draft management plan must state—

(a) the name of the recreation area; and

(b) the recreational objects to be achieved for planning, developing and managing the area.

(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters for which the draft plan may provide.
