Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the final management plan has been prepared under sections 18 to 21, the Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, approve the final management plan.
(2) The gazette notice must state where a copy of the approved final management plan is available for inspection.
