RADIATION SAFETY ACT 1999 - SECT 119

119 Failure to comply with requirement not to enter or remain at a place

A person of whom a requirement is made, or to whom a direction is given, under section 117(3)(g) or (ga) must comply with the requirement or direction, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
