RADIATION SAFETY ACT 1999 - SECT 149
149 Failure to comply with authorised person's direction in emergency
A person to whom a direction is given under section 148(3)(a) must comply with
the direction, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum
penalty--100 penalty units.
