RADIATION SAFETY ACT 1999 - SECT 27A

27A Person must not abandon radiation source

(1) A person must not abandon a radiation source.

Maximum penalty--2500 penalty units.

(2) A person does not contravene subsection (1) if the person disposes of a radiation source under this Act.
