Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the chief executive issues a possession licence.
(2) The chief executive is taken to have approved the radiation safety and protection plan identified in the licence.
Editor's note--
Under section 51(2) and (3), an application for a possession licence must be accompanied by the proposed radiation safety and protection plan for the radiation practice for which the applicant wants to possess a radiation source.
(3) The chief executive must endorse the plan with the chief executive's written approval and give the endorsed plan to the possession licensee.
