Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the possession licence of the holder of an approval to acquire is suspended, the approval is taken to be suspended for the period of the suspension.
(2) If the possession licence of the holder of an approval to acquire is cancelled, the approval is taken to be cancelled.
