Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Immediately after registering a residential service, the chief executive must give the service provider a registration certificate stating the following—
(a) the service provider's name;
(b) the address for the service of notices on the service provider;
(c) the address of the registered premises;
(d) the day of registration.
(2) If the service provider notifies the chief executive of a change in information recorded in the registration certificate, the chief executive may amend the registration certificate to record the correct information.
