RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (ACCREDITATION) ACT 2002 - SECT 139
139 Alteration of certificates
A person must not alter a current registration certificate or accreditation
certificate without the chief executive's written authorisation.
Maximum
penalty—10 penalty units.
