RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (ACCREDITATION) ACT 2002 - SECT 16
16 Service provider must return registration certificate
Within 14 days after the registration of a residential service is cancelled,
the service provider must return the registration certificate to the chief
executive.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
