Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This Act does not apply to a residential tenancy agreement if the right of occupancy of the premises is given for holiday purposes.
(2) For subsection (1), a right to occupy premises given for 6 weeks or longer is taken not to be given for holiday purposes unless the contrary is proved.
