Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This Act does not apply to an agreement relating to the letting of premises (the headlease) entered into by an entity as tenant for the purpose of using the premises to provide approved supported accommodation.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent this Act from applying to a residential tenancy agreement under which the tenant under the headlease lets the premises to a person to provide the person with approved supported accommodation.
(3) Despite subsection (2), this Act does not apply to an agreement under which the tenant's right of occupancy arises out of approved supported accommodation if the tenant is a person declared under the regulations to be a person to whom this Act does not apply.
