Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA proceeding for an offence against this Act by way of summary proceeding under the Justices Act 1886 may start at any time but, if started more than 1 year after the commission of the offence, must start within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant's knowledge.
