RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1994 - SECT 38

38 Standard terms

(1) A regulation may prescribe terms for inclusion in a residential tenancy agreement.

(2) The terms prescribed for this section are the standard terms for a residential tenancy agreement.
