Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The lessor must pay all charges, levies, premiums, rates or taxes payable for the premises.
(2) This section does not apply if--
(a) the lessor is the State; and
(b) rent is not payable under the agreement; and
(c) the tenant is an entity receiving financial or other assistance from the State to supply rented accommodation to persons.
