Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The lessor must ensure there is no legal impediment to occupation of the premises by the tenant as a residence for the term of the tenancy.
(2) Subsection (1) applies only to legal impediments the lessor knew about, or ought reasonably to have known about, when entering into the agreement.
