RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 168
Intervention by Attorney-General
168 Intervention by Attorney-General
(1) The Attorney-General may, for the State, intervene in a proceeding before
a court arising out of the performance of the functions of the information
commissioner under this Act.
(2) If the Attorney-General intervenes— (a)
the court may make the order as to costs against the State the court considers
appropriate; and
(b) the Attorney-General becomes a party to the proceeding.
