RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 178

Failure to produce documents or attend proceedings

178 Failure to produce documents or attend proceedings

A person given notice under section 103 to—

(a) give information; or
(b) produce a document; or
(c) attend before the information commissioner;
must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to do so.
Penalty—
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
