Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A statutory charge notified to the registrar of titles under this division has priority over all registered securities in or over the retirement village land to which the notice relates, whether or not the security was registered before the statutory charge was notified to the registrar of titles.
(2) However, a statutory charge does not have priority over the following registered securities—
(a) a charge created, and given priority over other charges, under a Commonwealth law or another law of the State;
(b) securities registered in or over the retirement village land before 1 November 1989.
