RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 219

219 Starting offence proceedings

A proceeding for an offence against this Act must be started within—

(a) 1 year after the offence is committed; or
(b) 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant's knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
