Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may require an applicant for the registration of a retirement village scheme to pay the reasonable, but no more than actual, costs of obtaining a report under section 88A about the applicant.
(2) The chief executive must refund to the applicant an amount paid under the requirement if—
(a) the chief executive refuses the application without asking for the report; or
(b) the applicant withdraws the application before the chief executive asks for the report.
(3) In this section—
applicant includes proposed applicant.
