Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For the purpose of the effectual execution of this Act the Minister may from time to time appoint, with power of revocation, a registered veterinary surgeon to be an authorised veterinary surgeon and any veterinary surgeon so appointed shall, during the period of that appointment have and exercise such powers, functions and duties as may be prescribed.
(2) Every such appointment shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
