Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The corporation shall recommend to the Minister the appointment of a corporation manager who shall be responsible for the management of the affairs of the corporation subject to and in accordance with the directions of the corporation.
(2) The Governor in Council may appoint the corporation manager.
(3) The terms and conditions attaching to the appointment of the corporation manager shall be as approved by the Governor in Council from time to time.
