Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the applicant receives an information request from the corporation, the applicant must respond by giving the corporation all of the information requested within the reasonable time requested by the corporation.
(2) If the applicant does not provide the information within the reasonable time requested by the corporation, the corporation may refuse the application.
