Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The development approval attaches to the land, the subject of the application, and binds the owner of the land, the owner's successors in title and any occupier of the land.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) applies even if later development (including reconfiguring a South Bank lot) is approved for the land (or the land as reconfigured).
