Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to a condition of the appointment, the funds manager may, for managing the investment of the statutory body's funds, enter into a type 1 financial arrangement, type 2 financial arrangement or derivative transaction.
(2) Subsection (1) does not authorise a funds manager to enter into a financial arrangement that the manager may not lawfully enter into, including, for example, under the manager's trust deed or memorandum or articles of association.
