STATE BUILDINGS PROTECTIVE SECURITY ACT 1983 - SECT 10

10 Appointment of senior protective security officers

Where the Minister has been notified as referred to in section 8(2) the Minister may, upon the recommendation of the chief executive of the department, appoint the person to whom the notification relates as a senior protective security officer.
